- The Prophet got up before dawn and carry out qiyamul lail. Health experts claim that the air in that night is very rich of oxygen and has not been contaminated by other substances. This is very useful for optimizing the body's metabolism.
- Prophet always used miswak for oral and teeth health . Research shows that miswak contains fluorine which is very useful for oral and dental health. Fluoride in miswak is a natural fluoride, not synthetic fluoride contained in many tooth paste, which can be dangerous.
- Prophet opened his day with a breakfast:a glass of cold water mixed with a spoonful of honey . Judging from the health sciences, honey flushes your stomach, activates intestinal cells, and cures constipation, hemorrhoids, and inflammation. Thus, the combination of these two things is very amazing.
- In Dhuha time (it is about 8 a.m), Rasulullah always consumes seven date fruits. The Prophet once said, "Some one who ate seven date fruits everyday, he will be protected from poison." This was proven when the Prophet was poisoned by a Jewish woman in the war of Khaibar. One of the Prophet's companions which ate the food eventually died. BUt Rasulullah was still alive. The secret is a seven kurma are usually consumed by the Prophet.
- By late afternoon, Rasulullah menu is usually a vinegar and olive oil. Usually also combined with the bread. There are lots of benefits, including preventing weak bones, dementia in old age, constipation launched, destroying cholesterol, and aid digestion. Bread mixed with vinegar and olive oil also works to prevent cancer and maintains body temperature in winter.
- At night, the main menu Prophet food are vegetables. Vegetables could boost the immune system and protect against disease. After dinner the Prophet did not go to sleep. It will make the food consumed into the stomach quickly and well. As in his saying, "Melt your food with the dhikr of Allah and pray, and do not you go to sleep after eating, because it can make your hearts became hardened."
