Have you ever felt hard to sleep at night? If the answer is yes, this condition is called insomnia. Insomnia is sleep disorders. If people get insomnia, they will feel tired all day, continuously. People will always have trouble sleeping or wake up in the middle of the night and could not sleep again. It's better for us to handle insomnia by some tips below :
- Minimize caffeine such as tea or coffee. If we want to drink tea or coffee, we can drink it in the morning or at least 4 hours before sleep. Caffeine could prevent sleepy.

- Use bed only for sleep. If you want to watch TV or read a book, do t in another place. Do not do that on your bed. So when you go to your bed, one thing that you think about is sleep.
- Do not always see the clock. It will make you feel depressed. Put your clock on unattained place. So, when you wake up at midnight, you will sleep again.
- Do some simple exercises at least 3-4 hours before sleep. Simple exercises could increase the quality of sleep if you do it regularly.
- Try to sleep on the regular time every day, even on your weekend. If this pattern has been formed, then your body's alarm will obey it easily.
- Adjust the room lights to dim when you are sleeping. Darkness stimulates the brain to produce melatonin, which leads the eye to shut.
