Modern science has braced the existence of ozone which contains a high amount of oxygen 02 that reaches the top of reaction in the Subuh time, and decreases step by step until the sun rises.


Many Germany scientists found a lot of important facts about the use and the utilization of ozone in many cure of vicious cancer. These facts show that ozone can be used to cure many disease in lungs and liver. Ozone can cure many diseases inside human body, such as: the jam of aorta, frozen veins, complication of diabetes. Besides, ozone can cure asthma, and several disease in other sensitive organs.

Ozone has idiosyncrasy that gives positive effects in order to prevent virus, bacteria, and xylariaceae. Ozone is also used to increase body immunity, cure many disease in oldster, and cure disease in lungs, liver and activate body cells.

The greatest result of the ozone researches is ozone can be applied in AIDS teraphy. Those researcers have braced that ozone can control AIDS even if it is the last stadium.

Dr. Alexander Browis from German has found the newest method to cure AIDS. He mixed ozone with several elements to strengthen body immunity. Patient’s blood mixed with those elements from ozone until reach 20000. Then, the mixture has been injected in patient’s vein. Later, it brings some positive respons and give us a big hope for patient’s recovery.

Do you do subuh prayer in this morning? Yes, you do? Oh, very good! You know exactly the rewards and the health benefits from Subuh prayer. Today, I am going to tell you about the benefits of Subuh prayer for our body.

Doing Subuh prayer is better if it is done in mosque. To reach mosque, many people choose to ride their car and motorcycle. In the fact, walking is the best way to reach mosque in order to do Subuh prayer.



Walking itself is a sport that doctors suggest their patients to do sport by walking around for certain distance, particularly for oldsters and whose heart disease. Walking is a safety sport for everyone on this planet. The benefits are beyond description because when someone walks, all of parts of his body move and work, too.

Walking to mosque has many advantages. These are: increase the imunity and vitality of our body, strengthen our body muscles, increase joint pliabilities, smoothen blood circulation, and loose aorta.

Walking to mosque benefits for alimentary substance in our body. It because an active body will more utilize the alimentary substance of someone that is always moving. The direct benefit of walking to mosque can be an anti aging for someone who does the activity. It is helped by ozone in subuh time, before the sun rises. I will tell you more about the benefits of ozone in the next post.

Walking to mosque everyday continuously is the teraphy for many kinds of disease, such as:
- Heart disease
- Obesity

- Tired psychology

Having Breakfast is Important :)

The fact shows that some of you start your day without having breakfast. They say that they do not have time to have breakfast or they think that the habit for having breakfast can only make their body fatter.

Actually, those judgments are false. Even, based on the research of Harvard University, it is proven that people who have breakfast regularly have more tendencies about 50% not to have obesity problem in comparison with people who forget to have breakfast.

Here are some matters you should know about having breakfast and some tips to make it be your life style:

1. Having breakfast fulfills nutrition you need
Abandoning to have breakfast can make you get difficulties in getting nutrition and vitamin that are recommended to your body. Breakfast menu like cereal with milk or low fat yogurt plus granule will give you sufficient calcium and fiber.

2. Having breakfast can lose your weight
When you do some activities without food in your stomach, your body will burn calorie slowly to provide calorie. According to Tanya Zuckerbrot, R.D., the book writer of The F-Factor Diet, having breakfast after the empty stomach the whole night long will increase metabolism. It means that the calorie burning all day long will be more efficient.

However, Zuckerbrot emphasizes that the key for all is the food you consume. Food that consists of simple carbohydrate like donuts will increase glucose and then decrease drastically. That is why you feel hungry at 11 a.m.

The better way you can take is consuming food with complex carbohydrate like oatmeal because it contains high fiber and low sugar, so it is digestible slowly. Finally, it can provide constant energy and make you do not feel hungry fast.

3. Having breakfast increases your brain ability
Based on the research of Swansea Wales University, it is proven that students who always have breakfast score 22% higher than the students who do not. When you have breakfast, most of energies in the form of glucose and glycogen have all gone because of the previous daily activity. According to specialists, glucose is one of fuel that is needed by brain and without quite glucose, you feel tired.

4. Having breakfast protects you from heart disease
Research shows that the healthy women who do not have breakfast for two weeks have higher bad cholesterol level (LDL) than women who eat bowlful of cereal plus milk every morning.

The benefits of drinking coffee

Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in most of countries and has been for well over 150 years. Like cigarettes, it has accumulated a bad name over the years by being believed to be inherently bad for the human body. On the contrary, recent studies have shown that coffee is, not only not as harmful as we believed, but actually good for you.

The sheer amount of coffee consumed in the United States is absolutely staggering. Scientists have researched the long-term affects of coffee on the human body. The results that have been produced are in direct contrast to what was the common belief that coffee is bad for you. Coffee is now found to be a preventative measure in curbing diseases.

One of the major diseases that this beverage aids in fighting is diabetes. Diabetes is a serious condition in the United States that can be hereditary or developed due to poor diet. Recent studies have shown that coffee can reduce the risk of diabetes by 54% in men and 30% in women. These numbers alone are enough to start drinking more coffee.

Drinking coffee can also help fight against other conditions that can cause serious health problems. One of the largest and otherwise untreatable diseases that coffee prevents is Parkinson's disease. Researchers have brought to life the fact that this disease is curbed by 80% if someone drinks coffee. Other diseases coffee fights against are colon cancer and cirrhosis of the liver.

Contrary to popular opinion, coffee is now being shown to benefit someone's health. Researchers, from all over the globe, have been compiling data for over 20 years on the subject. While they do say that further research is needed, the data they have collected strongly suggests that coffee is good for the body. It drastically helps combat diabetes, colon cancer, liver cirrhosis, and Parkinson's disease.

WATER......

We often times overlook the essentials of water to our body. Most of us with busy lives don't even bother to count how much to consume every day. Our body are at least 75% water and our brain alone is close to 90%.

The effects of dehydration comes to play when we feel thirsty. Do you crave for H2O or bottled drinks when you fell thirsty? As much as cool aid or Gatorade taste much better from water, I still suggests that you take water because it has a lasting positive impact to our body. Your blood moves the oxygen and needs water. It helps you heal from injuries and in cleansing and detoxification. H2O improves your digestion and sexual performance.

Let me give you some information what it can do for our body and how it contributes to our Wellness and Health.

- Consume at least 8 to 10 glasses, or more. If you are an active individual, listen to your body if it needs more.

- Always carry a bottle of H2O where ever you go. You must consider the interval of time when you drink water. The body needs more H2O as it uses it to convert to energy. So drink water before, during and after any physical activity.

- You must consider the quality of water to consume. It has been studied that tap water has too many toxins these days. Water is not the same. Many turn on to bottled water but it's not good either. The plasticides from the bottle itself leach into the water over a period of time making it low standards.

There is much more to learn about water and its benefits. It is very important that you choose only the healthy water for your family to achieve better health.

5 Effects of Good Nutrition:

The effects of good nutrition on the body are as visible as the effects of bad nutrition on the body. The difference is that bad nutrition can destroy the body, while good nutrition only supports and builds up the body. Hence, the better goal in life is to maintain a lifestyle that promotes good nutrition. This will cause many positive effects, including the following 5 effects of good nutrition.
1. Maintain normal body function: This includes better learning, proper balance and pH in the body tissues, to stabilize and regulate body systems like blood pressure, rebuild tissues, and maintain proper blood sugar levels.

2. Maintain healthy weight: This includes proper blood pressures, less likely to allow diseases like Diabetes, heart malfunctions.

3. Prevent disease: This includes prevention of cancer, tissue disease, parasitical invasions, bacterial infections.

Walking regularly, gives some benefits for our body. Most of us are quite hard to get up early and walk at least 30 minutes every day. Health benefits for more pronounced if the walk is done quickly and in haste. Studies in recent years reinforces that waddledrather than a leisurely stroll does give many benefits to our health. There are some benefits to be gained from the activity of walking.

Prevent Heart Attacks
Walking can reduce the risk of heart attack. The heart muscle needs more blood flowprofusely (from the coronary arteries that feed it) to fit and function normally without stopping the blood pumping.
