Soft drinks destroy our body !

There are some reasons why soft drink become dangerous :

  1. Soft drinks drain water in our body. The high level of sugar processing in soft drinks needs a large amount of water in our body. And to replace them, we need to drink 8-12 glass of water per day.
  2. Soft drinks do not relieve thirst. That is because soft drinks are not a kind of water that our body need. If we consume soft drink continuously without replace it with mineral water, it will make us dehydration. Finally, dehydration could make our body resistance become lower.
  3. High levels of phosphate in soft drinks could destroy some important minerals in our body. Serious mineral deficiency could cause heart disease and osteoporosis. 
  4. Soft Drinks severely affect digestion. Caffeine and high amount of sugar could stop the digestive process. It means that our body's metabolism can be inhibited. If we consume soft drinks and French fries at the same time, then our body needs a couple of weeks to digest them.

Food Combining

Rasulullah consumes certain foods at certain times which were very appropriate with the digestive cycle. In addition, 'Aisyah mentioned that the prophet Muhammad never filled his stomach with two types of food. When it was full of bread, he would not eat date fruits.
